9 of 10 respondents show concern around the level of business resilience.

Cyber threats are accelerating.

Top-three cyberthreat concerns:

  1. Loss of sensitive data and /or assets
  2. Network downtime
  3. Loss of revenue / regulatory fines (e.g. GDPR violations)

Private cloud is the preferred environment.

However, 47% arena respondent say CSPs are not meeting their SLAs.
USA and Eastern Europe prefer public cloud.
