A10 Networks Provides Update on Operations related to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Since late January, A10 Networks has been monitoring the developments related to the spread of COVID-19 across the world. In early February, we made the difficult decision, out of the utmost caution and concern for the well-being of our employees, partners and customers, to pull out of MWC 2020 in Barcelona this year. It proved to be the right decision as this event, and thousands of others, have since been cancelled in the face of the growing threat.

Restricting Travel and Establishing Work from Home Options

Beginning in February, we instituted restricted travel policies to only business-critical travel to ensure our employees, partners and customers are not unduly exposing themselves during their travels. In addition, we have instituted a mandate that all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of any kind (cold, flu, etc.) stay home to recuperate and have established a voluntary work-from-home option for those who do not feel comfortable going to an office or who are impacted in other ways, such as school closures.

Lastly, for those industry events that have not been cancelled and smaller customer-focused events, we are evaluating, on a case-by-case basis, our participation for the potential risks to our employees and other attendees.

Our Commitment to You

Technology affords us the ability to maintain a high degree of business continuity via remote meetings and support and access to company resources and applications from anywhere. As such we anticipate being able to continue to address customer and partner needs to ensure business operations continue uninterrupted. Our support teams remain available 24/7.

Through continued collaboration with our suppliers, we are closely monitoring our supply chain and have not yet experienced any near-term interruption to deliveries due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Should the scale of the COVID-19 pandemic expand further, we will expand our contingency plans as needed.

Clearly, the COVID-19 crisis is creating uncertainty across the globe and it’s our commitment to you, our customers and partners, to continue to support your business needs.
