A10 is customer-focused. So when our enterprise and service provider customers told us they were looking for a flexible, automated way to consume A10 services, we got to work.The result was FlexPool - a new capacity pool software license available across A10's software-based Thunder appliances, both virtualized and bare metal, for Thunder ADC, Thunder CGN, and Thunder CFW. FlexPool gives customers the freedom and flexibility to allocate and re-distribute capacity across applications, multiple clouds and data centers.Essentially, FlexPool makes software licensing invisible to customers while giving them visibility, management and control. FlexPool empowers customers to slice and dice capacity based on application requirements.FlexPool can be deployed across traditional data centers; in on-premise solutions like OpenStack; or in public clouds like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. It can also be deployed across multiple software form factors. For example, if an application requires a VM-based vThunder software appliance or the dedicated high performance of Thunder Bare Metal, FlexPool is portable and can be shared across either infrastructure.
