Lee served most recently as co-founder and vice president of engineering at Foundry Networks. Lee was also a founding member of Centillion Networks (acquired by Nortel). He has held management and senior technical positions at Apple Computer, Convergent Technologies and InSync Group. Raj has over 25 years of experience in the Networking Industry. Prior to A10 Raj was the lead architect for Foundry Networks' ServerIron and L2/L3 switching product families. Before Foundry he worked on a wide range of Networking technologies from Ethernet, Token-Ring, ATM and Digital Switching Systems. Raj holds a number of patents related to L2/L3 as well as L4/L7 switching. He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Tom Constantino joined A10 in June 2017. Tom brings extensive experience in planning, accounting and operations from global, industry-leading technology companies. Before joining A10 Networks, Tom was Vice President of Accounting and Finance Operations with Western Digital as well as CFO of its HGST subsidiary. Tom's experience also includes the role of Vice President of Corporate Finance at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies and 16 years at Hewlett-Packard in a variety of Finance and Operations leadership roles. Tom began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
Executive Vice President, Legal and Corporate Collaboration
Rob has 30 years of experience serving as corporate and general legal counsel for emerging technology companies. Immediately prior to A10, for 19 years Rob was principal of a boutique law firm based in Woodside, California, where he specialized in the representation of growth corporations, and the investors funding such ventures. During this period, Rob served on the Board of Directors of numerous private corporations, and Techwell, Inc., a fabless public semiconductor company. Earlier in his career, Rob was an International Mergers and Acquisition advisor, and Vice President and General Counsel of Mosel-Vitelic, Inc. Rob started his career as a corporate securities lawyer with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P. C. Rob has an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Ray has over 25 years of success leading high-growth teams in the IT, telecom, networking and security markets. Most recently, Ray was Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Sales and International Development for Metaswitch Networks, Inc. Prior to Metaswitch, he was Vice President and General Manager at Cisco Systems, leading its global Wireless/Mobility business unit. Ray also held executive positions at Packeteer Inc., Netopia Inc. and McAfee Security. He also served 15 years at BellSouth Corporation (acquired by AT&T) where he became VP of Network Transformation and Corporate Officer. He holds an M.B.A degree from Nova-Southeastern University, a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, and is an alumnus of the Stanford University Executive Program.
Neil Wu Becker
Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Communications
Neil has a wealth of global marketing experience at leading technology companies. At A10 Networks, he is responsible for driving worldwide brand awareness, A10’s marketing strategy, and growing market share. Previously at Cisco, Neil led various communications teams supporting more than half of the Dow Jones component’s business He was also vice president of marketing communications at secure managed cloud provider Armor Defense and head of worldwide PR at bellwether memory chip maker Micron Technology. Neil holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis, and an M.S. in mass communications from San Jose State University.
Vice President of Worldwide Support
Eric has 20 years of experience in the networking and telecom industry. He has held senior management and technical support engineering positions in a variety of technology companies such as Brocade (through the Foundry Networks acquisition), AT&T, Verizon and IBM. He is also a partner with XF Ventures, a team of former Foundry Networks Executives who provide access to seed capital along with technical help, operational expertise and strategic mentorship to promising business teams and start-ups. Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Vice President of Global Operations
Todd has been with A10 Networks since 2008. He has 30 years of experience working for emerging Silicon Valley companies. Todd’s current responsibilities include demand planning, supply chain, logistics operations, IT and data center infrastructure, global real estate, and facilities. Todd is also responsible for compliance programs, including EAR, FCPA and third-party licensing. Early in his tenure, Todd established A10’s initial field operations in EMEA and Latin America. He has held senior positions with Acer America, NEC, Walker, Intellicorp, WaveSplitter Technologies and NextLabs. Todd holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and a MBA from George Washington University.
Vice President of Finance
Shiva joined A10 Networks in September 2015 as the company’s vice president and controller and is responsible for global accounting operations. Prior to A10 Networks, Natarajan served as vice president and chief accounting officer at Fluidigm Corporation, and held several roles at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, including vice president, chief accounting officer and interim chief financial officer. Shiva also served as corporate controller of Open-Silicon, and director of accounting at Silicon Image. Previously, Shiva was with Ernst & Young LLP, where he was a senior manager of Assurance and Advisory Business Services. Natarajan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calcutta.

Laurie brings over 20 years of related experience to A10 Networks. She leads global human resources and aligns A10’s business goals with HR programs to promote innovation and employee engagement. Recently, Laurie served as VP of Human Resources for DCG Systems, where she was responsible for the successful development and execution of HR and operational initiatives prior to its acquisition by FEI. Before this, she spearheaded dynamic and collaborative work environments at growing technology companies such as Credence Systems, Fortinet, and KLA-Tencor.

Ross joined A10 in February 2015 and served as a member of the company’s Board of Directors from October 2004 through January 2012. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the software industry. He was founder and CEO of Paravirtual Corporation after founding and serving as CEO and CTO of RouterWare, the leading network protocol supplier until its acquisition by Wind River Systems, Inc. in 1999. His prior experience includes software engineering positions with Fibermux, NewGen Systems, Gateway Communications and Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. Ross holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Trinity University.

Kamal joined A10 via its acquisition of Appcito, where he was Founder and CEO. Appcito was a venture-funded provider of a versatile SaaS-based, multi-cloud ADC solution. Kamal has over 25 years experience in the areas of software and networking. He has a breadth of functional experience in product management, marketing and sales, and as an entrepreneur and general manager, in building and growing new businesses. He has co-founded or been a part of early executive teams of four network infrastructure startups, three of which were acquired and one had an IPO. Earlier in his career, Kamal served as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. Kamal holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Computer Science from University of Southern California.

Allen has more than 20 years of diverse experience in operations, sales and finance at Fortune 500, mid-sized and startup companies. Prior to A10 Networks, Allen served in leadership roles at Metaswitch Networks, Ericsson and Cisco. Allen holds a B.S. in Marketing from San Jose State University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
Vice President of Strategic Alliances
Gunter has more than 20 years of success in international business development and global sales with technology expertise in the mobile, IP networking, SDN, cloud and IT industries. He has galvanized and established a myriad of multi-million dollar business alliances and senior level executive relationships with Fortune 500 companies throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining A10, Gunter served as vice president of business development and strategy for product area IP & Broadband at Ericsson Inc. in the Silicon Valley. Previously he held senior roles in business, partnership, alliances and strategy development at Ericsson in Austria, Sweden and Texas. He also spent three years in England in senior leadership roles with Damovo and IPC. Gunter served on the board of privately held Skorpios Technologies and was a member of the Sun Microsystems customer advisory board. He received his electrical engineering degree from the Higher Technical School in Vienna, Austria. He is an alumnus of the UCLA Executive M&A program and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Venture Capitalist Executive Program.

Kirsten has more than 20 years of experience in channel management for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 10. Most recently Kirsten comes from HP where she was Vice President of Worldwide Channel Marketing for the Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking (ESSN) organization. Prior to joining HP, Kirsten served as Vice President of Worldwide Channel and Field Marketing at Blue Coat, Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales at Packeteer, and has held various prior positions in Sales and Marketing at Net Manage, Caldera Systems and The Santa Cruz Operation.
Asoka De Saram
Vice President of Systems Engineering
Asoka has 20 years of experience in the networking industry, including a broad range of networking experience in data center, virtualization, security and application delivery. He has held various positions at A10 Networks: starting as a Senior Corporate Systems Engineer, then leading the North American Systems Engineering team as the Senior Director of Systems Engineering. Prior to A10, Asoka was Principal Systems Engineer at Brocade (supporting service provider customers), Senior Systems Engineer at Foundry Networks (supporting commercial and enterprise customers in Northern California) and Worldwide Consulting IT Architect at IBM. Asoka holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Samer came to A10 as an experienced leader in professional services and customer success, with a background of consistently creating and delivering on services in highly competitive markets. Samer is currently A10’s global services leader; responsible for sales and delivery of professional services and customer training worldwide. Before joining A10, Samer helped various enterprise companies (such as Guidance Software, Microstrategy, Crystal Decisions, and various startups) build and grow their practices. Samer also worked with high-profile consulting companies Sapient and Accenture. He received a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.

Vice President of Sales, North America
Terry has a successful 28-year track record with technology firms, beginning with pivotal roles at NCR/AT&T upon college graduation. Since then, Terry has been instrumental in building successful sales teams for both emerging and established technology companies, including Brocade, Foundry Networks and Cabletron Systems. Before being appointed A10 Networks vice president in January 2017, Terry architected the successful A10 Networks sales division in the western U.S. and Canada. Terry holds a B.S. in business economics.
Vice President of Sales and General Manager for China
James Cai is a highly qualified business manager with over 15 years of experience in general management, product and program management, high-touch channel sales and business development in China. Most recently, James was General Manager for Motorola's Wireless Networks Business Unit in China. Prior to Motorola, he was Vice President of Sales and Channel Management for Alcatel-Lucent in addition to holding various executive positions at UTStarcom and ZTE. James is a graduate of The Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
Regional Vice President and Korea Country Manager
Howard Lee joined A10 Networks in 2013 as a Regional Vice President and Korea Country Manager. Lee's 25+ year career spans senior roles in Telecoms and Networking companies, including ALU (Head of Korea IPD BD), Stoke and Force10 Networks (RVP and Korea CM), Riverstone Networks (GM/VP of APJ), Cisco (Channel Manager) and Samsung (Sales Director). Howard holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Kyungpook National University (KPNU) in Korea.

Toru has a deep understanding of security and networking solutions. His previous experience as Blue Coat’s President and Managing Director of Japan and leadership positions at IBM and Unisys honed his knowledge of the Japanese market and established his reputation as a highly regarded leader in the region.

Henk is a seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience working in computer storage, security and data management. He formerly served in senior leadership roles at companies including NetApp, Imperva and InfoBlox.

Alain has a successful track record of over 15 years in the networking, security and telecom industries. He has held different senior management and sales positions responsibilities in a variety of companies, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 giants, including British Telecom and Corero Network Security. Since 2013, Alain has been responsible for the development of sales partnerships and the gain of key customers in Latin America for A10 Networks. Alain’s current mission is to further expand the sales network and A10 footprint in Latin America. Alain holds a B.S in Sales Engineering from Euridis Business School in Paris, France.
Song Tang Yih
Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales
Song brings over 20 years of infocommunications sales and leadership knowledge to A10 Networks. Starting his career at companies including IBM and Lotus Development, he went on to serve as VP of Asia Pacific for Palo Alto Networks as well as F5 Networks, where he was a key player in growing both companies’ global sales, shareholder value and industry recognition. Most recently, Song held key management roles at Metech International Limited and Advance SCT Limited. Song graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree.
