A10 Product Security

Our PSIRT team handles vulnerabilities regarding A10 products.

When submitting a support request, please be prepared to provide:

- A detailed description of the problem, its impact, and its priority level

- Information regarding the activity that was being performed when the problem occurred

- The product serial number and software version

- Configuration and/or network topology information

Software and Documentation

Customers with a valid support contract can access the A10 Support Portal to download the latest software releases, receive product updates, and review technical support documentation. This portal features FAQs, product advisories, knowledge base articles, and application notes. For optimal performance, ensure A10 products are running the latest software releases.
