Customers with a valid support contract for Thunder and AX Series can access the A10 Networks Support Portal to download the latest software releases, receive product updates, and review technical support documentation. This portal features FAQs, product advisories, knowledge base articles, and application notes. For optimal performance, ensure A10 Networks products are running the latest software releases.
