A10 Networks Training Policies

Course Scheduling and Reservation Policy
Scheduling and registration cannot be confirmed without Purchase Order or prepayment.

Expiration of Purchase Orders Policy
Training credits must be used within 6 months of the PO or payment date. A10 Networks will automatically expire the training credit after 6 months and any previously paid funds will be forfeited.

Student Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (ILT & VILT)
Students unable to attend a course must notify A10 Networks at least 7 calendar days prior to class start. Lack of such notification will result in forfeiture of the training credit and any previously paid funds.

Onsite Course Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Customer requesting cancellation of a scheduled private onsite course must do so at least 14 calendar days prior to scheduled delivery. Lack of such notification will result in forfeiture of the training credit and any previously paid funds.

A10 Networks Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If it becomes necessary for A10 Networks to cancel or reschedule any course, we will notify the registered student at least 7 calendar days before the course begins and work with the student to agree on another class date.

Student Materials Copyright Policy
No recording of course delivery is permitted. Student training materials and handouts are property of A10 Networks and may not be duplicated or distributed.

Customization for Private Classes
A Statement of Work and special charges will be agreed upon for private classes that exceed the requirements of the standard class in content, length, size, or location (outside of North America). A10 provides customized training as a private engagement only.  Customized content is one that is not part of the standard course topics.
