New Support Center in Beijing Extends Service for Customers in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
SAN JOSE, CA, August 4, 2010 - A10 Networks™, the technology leader in Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs), today announced a new support center in Beijing, servicing customers and partners in the APAC region, including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The new Beijing support site joins A10's existing support center in San Jose, CA, further extending its world-class customer service around the world.
"First-class support and customer satisfaction are key value propositions for A10 customers and partners. We strive to provide the highest level of service in our market, where application performance and availability are mission critical," said James Sung, Director of Support for A10 Networks. "Similar to our headquarters support center in Silicon Valley, our new Beijing support site staffs local technical experts with language support for the APAC region for effective troubleshooting and rapid response time."
At its Beijing office, in addition to the new support center, A10 has an experienced R&D team that contributes to the development of its entire product portfolio: the AX Series ADCs, EX Series bandwidth management appliances and ID Series network identity management appliances. The Beijing technical team works closely with A10's core headquarters R&D team in San Jose, CA.
