A10-s IP-to-ID technology allows multiple products that require IP to ID information to come to a single source, reducing complexity. It also enhances the customers- data stores as a single entity and mines the IP to ID information as opposed to a myriad of products that when combined could impact performance.

A10 engineers provide direct assistance to ensure fast and efficient integration. Depending on the integration, implementation has typically taken a few hours to a week.
In addition to providing Internet Protocol to Identity (IP-to-ID), returned information could also include:
- ID-to-IP
- MAC (Media Access Control) to IP
- Attributes from a data store (e.g. any LDAP attribute from Microsoft Active Directory, such as a phone number)
