The AX 1000 is a new entry-level model in the AX Series family, delivering competitive Web application server performance at an affordable price. With 2.4+ Gb throughput, the AX 1000 delivers the industry’s best performance per Watt per rack unit in an energy-saving "green" form factor. The AX 1000’s maximum power consumption is only 158 Watts when all ports are running traffic concurrently, which is nearly half the power required by competitors’ products.
