A10's ID Series Increases Productivity by Decreasing Help Desk Calls with User Self Service Web Portal

SAN JOSE, CA. - July 20, 2009 -- A10 Networks® today announced that Interline Brands, a leading direct marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products with 3,500 employees, successfully deployed the ID Series network identity management platform for password management. Interline Brands has a heterogeneous network, running numerous applications and platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Oracle, AIX, Windows Servers, Unisys, VMware, Lotus Notes, Appworx, JDE, EDI and more. Due to its diverse network, Interline Brands received a high volume of Help Desk calls regarding forgotten passwords and required a solution to empower users and increase productivity.

A10's ID Series provides Interline Brands a unified, simplified identity management solution for password and user account management, delivering the following:

• User Self Service Web Portal feature within ID Series allows end users to change their own passwords, and reset them, without Help Desk support
• Hardware appliance based solution for ease of deployment with no impact to existing systems
