A10 Networks Teams with RSA, The Security Division of EMC, to Increase Network Security and Visibility

A10 Joins the RSA Secured® Partner Program to Provide Joint Customers with Identity-based Network Monitoring Interoperable with Two-Factor Authentication

SAN JOSE, CA. - December 3, 2007 -- A10 Networks® today announced that is has joined the RSA Secured® Partner Program to certify technical interoperability between A10's IDsentrie™ network identity management appliance and RSA SecurID® technology from RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC). This certification signifies that a technical partnership has been established to help increase security, and network and user identity visibility for joint customers.

IDsentrie for Network Identity Management
The flagship product in A10's ID Series family, IDsentrie is a network identity management appliance that helps organizations of all sizes save time and minimize risk by resolving security issues faster. It includes features for password management, instant Internet Protocol-to-Identity (IP-to-ID) resolution, network authentication, account management and identity-based monitoring and reporting. IDsentrie is built on a flexible, virtual directory model for rapid integration with existing network infrastructure and support for a variety of popular data stores to simplify complex user resource management, and authentication and access issues.

RSA SecurID
The RSA SecurID system is designed to be as simple to use as entering a password, but with significantly more security. Used in conjunction with RSA® Authentication Manager software, an RSA SecurID authenticator functions like an ATM card for a company network, requiring users to identify themselves with two unique factors – something they know (a password or PIN), and something they have (such as an RSA SecurID hardware or software authenticator) – before they are granted access to secure business information.
