A10 Networks Earns Five-Star Rating From VARBusiness Magazine, Signs Five New Var Partners in North America SAN JOSE, CA, March 29, 2006 A10 Networks™, a pioneer in delivering a new class of identity-aware network solutions, announced today it was recognized by CMP Media's VARBusiness magazine as one of North America's top information-technology vendors for the partnership programs it offers solution providers. The company also announced it has signed on five new A10 partners in North America, to market its line of affordable Identity and Access Management appliances. The VARBusiness "Five-Star Partner" rating acknowledges the commitment and strength of vendor VAR programs for IT integrators, resellers and consultants. Of 250+ vendor programs reviewed in the past year, only 70 companies received the five-star rating. "We applaud vendors like A10 for demonstrating best practices and for the leadership they demonstrate in the IT distribution channel," says VARBusiness Editor Lawrence M. Walsh.
New Reseller Partners
A10's products combine authentication, simplified centralized data store management and strong security features in a hardened, drop-in appliance. A10's first product, the IDsentrie system, unites several useful Identity and Access Management components with networking and security features to deliver centralized, automated management and unparalleled visibility into network activity. Industry research firm IDC expects the worldwide Identity and Access Management market will double over the next three years from approximately $2B today to more than $4B in 2009. "A10 Networks will allow us to provide our customers with intelligent and integrated identity management solutions that improve security and business efficiency, reduce complexity, and lower cost. We are particularly impressed with the ability of the IDsentrie system to demonstrate ROI in weeks or months, not years," said Diane Cook, president of Softek Excellence. A10 launched its global Channel Partner Program in early 2006, to build a robust and diverse network of dedicated, high-quality solution providers that can deliver a full suite of services to customers such as planning and assessment, design and implementation, and training and support. Qualified solution providers can apply online for the A10 Partner Program at www.a10networks.com/partners. "We recognize the value of working with experienced and knowledgeable channel partners to extend our worldwide reach, and provide the high-quality support and services customers require. Resellers are a vital extension of our sales and marketing effort, because of their unique expertise and strong relationships with their customer base. We are pleased to have recognition from VARBusiness for our strong commitment to the channel," said Jim Lima, director of Channel Management for A10 Networks.
