Lee Chen, Founder and CEO
Lee served most recently as co-founder and vice president of engineering at Foundry Networks. Lee was also a founding member of Centillion Networks (acquired by Nortel). He has held management and senior technical positions at Apple Computer, Convergent Technologies and InSync Group. He holds an M.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Electrophysics from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.

Raj Jalan, CTO
Raj has over 25 years of experience in the Networking Industry. Prior to A10 Raj was the lead architect for Foundry Networks' ServerIron and L2/L3 switching product families. Before Foundry he worked on a wide range of Networking technologies from Ethernet, Token-Ring, ATM and Digital Switching Systems. Raj holds a number of patents related to L2/L3 as well as L4/L7 switching. He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Greg Straughn, CFO
Greg has over 30 years experience in the financial management of technology companies, serving as CFO for multiple organizations. At A10 Networks, Greg is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Human Resource Management. Prior to A10, Greg served for 12 years as CFO for Kabira Technologies, a provider of high-performance software products to the telecommunications and financial services market. Previously, he also served as CFO for AT&T/Pacific Bell Internet Services, Principal and General Manager for Meridian Business Systems and CFO for PacTel Finance. Greg holds a B.S. in Finance from UC Berkeley and is the author of several books on financial and general management of small businesses.

Peter Stokes, Vice President of Sales, North America
Peter has a 25+ year track record of building successful sales teams for emerging and established technology companies including Reconnex, IBM, Tandem Computer, Bay Networks and Netopia. Peter holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Kelly LeBlanc, Head of Worldwide Marketing
Kelly has over 15 years experience in technology markets. In her current
role, Kelly is responsible for A10's worldwide message, including Corporate
and Product Marketing. Prior to A10, Kelly held Marketing positions for
VERITAS Software (acquired by Symantec) and Fortinet. She also managed
accounts at several top ten Public Relations agencies for Adobe and
Hewlett-Packard. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Cal
Poly University, San Luis Obispo.

Joyce Taylor, Vice President of Business Development
Joyce has more than 20 years of success in business development and sales management with technology companies such as Foundry Networks, Bay Networks, Xylogics and Tri Data. Prior to joining A10, she was a successful entrepreneur and served as founder and president of Jetlites, Inc., an award-winning maker of high-performance sports lighting technologies.

Hayato Koeda, President & CEO for A10 Networks KK, and Vice President of South Asia
Hayato is a seasoned business leader and held senior management positions at various IT companies, including Aspect Software Japan, Dell Japan, Motive Japan and Openwave Systems Japan. Most recently, Hayato was Representative Director for Aspect Software where he was responsible for spearheading the overall operations in Japan. Hayato holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nippon University in Japan. He is a former member of the Japan National Ski Team.

John Chiong, Vice President of Engineering Program Management
John has over 25 years of experience in the Networking Industry. He formerly held various engineering management positions at Cosine, StrataCom, Cisco, Advanced Computer Communications (ACC), Unisys, and Convergent Technologies. He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a B.S. in Physics from Rangoon University, and holds several patents related to networking and security technologies. He is also the author of two networking books: "Internetworking of IP and ATM" and "Interconnections SNA" (both published by McGraw-Hill and translated into Japanese and Chinese editions for the IP and ATM book).

Todd Kleppe, Senior Director of Worldwide Operations
Todd Kleppe has 20+ years of successful experience in infrastructure development and running high-tech operations and programs. Prior to A10, he held positions for a variety of established and emerging companies such as Acer, NEC, WaveSplitter Technologies and NextLabs. Todd has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Pre-Law from Michigan State University and a MBA from George Washington University.

James Sung, Senior Director of Worldwide Support & Service
James Sung joins A10 Networks with over 20+ years experience in Networking and Storage technologies. Prior to A10, James succeeded in building a Customer Support organization from the ground up in a successful start-up that was acquired by Netgear. James' broad spectrum of technical experience extends to software development manager, project management, and QA management. James holds a software patent on Internet security and has a BS in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine.

John Wei, Managing Director of APAC Region
John Wei has over 15 years of experience in the networking industry. Prior to A10, he was the Asia Pacific Managing Director for Trapeze Networks, charged with developing business across the region. John also served as the Asia Pacific regional director in charge of system engineering and marketing for Foundry Networks, and held software engineering positions at Cisco Systems and FORE Systems. He received a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.
