Senior & Entry level Software Engineers (Web Acceleration) |

Duties: |
Design, implement and support A10's high-performance AX Advanced Traffic Manager products. You will work with a group of talented engineers based in San Jose, California. The programming environment is embedded Linux using C language for multi-CPU system. |

The job requires in-depth knowledge of networking and/or Web-based applications. Working experience with the following protocols is preferred: NAT, IPv4/IPv6 TCP/IP proxy, HTTP, SSL, IPsec, VoIP protocols such as SIP/SDP and FIX. Embedded system programming experience is also preferred. For the senior position, a minimum of 3 years of related working experiences and BS/MS in CS, CE or equivalent is required. A proven history of delivering products with highest quality and on time is a plus. For the entry level position, a minimum of MSEE or MSCS is preferred. |

Duties: |
Design, develop and support operating system software for A10's high-performance AX Advanced Traffic Manager products. You will work with a group of talented engineers based in San Jose, California. The programming environment is embedded Linux using C language for multi-CPU system. Work on A10's next generation Advanced Core Operating System (ACOS) and support existing ACOS platforms. This job requires in-depth knowledge of device drivers, networking drivers, layer2/layer 3 switching chips, file system, memory I/O and multi-core CPU systems. Program and debug highly advanced multi-core CPUs Linux system. |

Technical Support Engineer |

Duties: |
Working with customers and providing excellent service through strong communication and rationalization skills, and the ability to properly set customers' expectations. Supporting customers' technical issues, and interfacing with the development and sales teams to expedite the resolution of issues. Documenting, tracking and reporting issues, and accelerating timely resolution for critical customer issues. Writing application notes and white papers and participating in technical training. |

Must have hands-on experience in networking, protocols and operating system troubleshooting tools, and the ability to setup and maintain customers' network topologies quickly to replicate issues. Hands-on experience in application acceleration and load balancing. Strong UNIX/Linux skills and Microsoft Windows experience. Minimum of 3 years in related technical support roles. BS or MS in CS/CE preferred. Excellent oral and written skills and ability to speak English fluently. Other languages are a plus. |

Senior Test Automation Engineer |
|
Duties: |
Responsible for test automation and test management for application acceleration products - including test automation design, white box testing for functional and program level testing and automated regression. This position will take a lead role in defining test automation specifications, implementing and executing test cases, and automating and incorporating test automation management systems and regression platforms utilizing commercial and open-source products. |
